Hello out there my name is Jonathan. People who know me well call me fab, fabulous, or something amazing. Starting today is my official start to my workout and diet plan to gain. I'm also a culinary school graduate, so some healthier recipes might also be present.
So I will weigh in every Monday and today my starting weight is 162lbs. I am a 6'4 male so for me that is underweight. My goal is 182lbs, so I have a ways to go.
